Student must be a graduating high school senior who plans to attend an accredited South Dakota college, university, vocational technical school, or a community college on a full time basis.A letter of recommendation is needed to be submitted with your application.  The “Letter of Recommendation” form is available on the last page of this application and can be duplicated as needed.  This form must be returned by April 15; Winners agree to have their names and award photo released to the media.
